BCSFD had the opportunity to take part in a simulated DWI crash at Baldwinsville High School. Chief Lefancheck of the Baldwinsville Police Department along with the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office explained to the students the dangers of drinking and driving. The Baldwinsville Vol. Fire Company showed how victims would be extricated from a badly damaged vehicle. The event demonstrates to students the real and very deadly consequences of drinking and driving.
