The Belgium Cold Springs Fire Department Golf Tournament will be held Saturday, July 15, 2023 at 9am, at The Wood Golf Club at 7439 Canton Street Baldwinsville, NY. After a three-year break due to Covid, this event that had run for more than 20 years consecutively is back. The tournament originally was to honor the passing of Ray Smiley and started as a small group who got together at Ironwood Golf Club to remember a fallen friend. The person most responsible for starting the event and leading it to become a wildly popular event, Rich Lesniak, passed away on February 5, 2023. In order to honor both of these great men we have decided to rename the event (which will be an annual event) to the Smiley-Lesniak Memorial Golf Tournament. As in the past, this year’s golf tournament will benefit the Belgium Cold Springs Fire Department and the C.W. Baker High School scholarship program.

The Belgium Cold Springs Fire Department is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, under the name of Belgium Cold Springs Vol. Fire Company.
