The Governor has extended the Executive order 202.58, which provided for COVID-19 absentee ballots, to December 19, 2020.  Due to the time constraints involved, and lack of specific guidance from the Governor, we will accept application for COVID-19 absentee ballots by phone, electronically or e-mail.  Please contact the District Secretary at district@bcsfd.org or at 315-635-5136 during business hours for more information.
